Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mtn Time. You may purchase on the www.TrackHaus.com website 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Freight
We ship in the continental US via UPS and/or common carrier. All freight is F.O.B. Warehouse.
Return Policy
BRAKE BLEEDER RETURN NOTICE: We can not accept the return of brake bleeders after brake fluid has been introduced into the brake bleeding tool.

If you need to return: All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, please contact us.

Returns must be sent postage prepaid (you pay the freight) and you must obtain adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item(s) in the event of loss or damage in transit. We can only accept returns that are unopened, undamaged, in new, resalable condition, and in the original packaging. If returned in this condition, we will exchange, refund, or provide a store credit.
No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt of order
Custom and Special Order items can not be returned. We do support those products however. If they have been damaged in shipment or are defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you. Please see our Store Policy page for information regarding damaged or short shipments.
If we have made an error and have shipped you an incorrect item we may issue a call tag for its pickup. We will pay the freight for the return. Upon receipt of the return we will ship the replacement items (we will pay for the freight to you) using the same shipping method originally used (IE if you asked for ground shipping we will pickup the original item and replace the item using ground shipping) or we will issue you a credit.
If you have a product that has failed within the manufacturers warranty period you please contact us and we will be delighted to assist you in any way we can.
Damaged or Short Shipments
We make every attempt to package your shipment to ensure its safe arrival. Please inspect the contents of your shipment immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to inspect the package when it arrives and verify that the box and the contents are not damaged and that there are no items missing from the shipment. Request the carrier
BACKORDERS
Most items that don't ship on the day of your order will typically ship within three days. Occasionally we will be required to backorder an item. If an item is backordered we will notify you. If you are notified and, at the discretion of TrackHaus, you respond in a timely fashion, you may cancel the backordered item.
REFUSED ORDERS
If you refuse your order during transit or at time of delivery you will be charged a redelivery charge or a 20% re-stocking fee or both in addition to shipping charges both ways at our sole discretion.
DISCLAIMER
Parts, modifications and information may be considered illegal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles. Parts sold by TrackHaus are intended for closed circuit racing or off road use only. Parts may not be smog legal or approved for highway use. TrackHaus assumes no responsibility for the use of products it provides. User understands that installation of parts is at ones own risk.
NO WARRANTY
Unless specifically given in writing, products or services carry no warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
HOLD HARMLESS
You agree to hold TrackHaus and its members harmless for any damages resulting from the use of product provided by TrackHaus. This includes all damages including but not limited to personal injury, damages to other engine components and damages to the vehicle. Motorpsorts and Automotive Related Activities are inherently dangerous. You assume all responsibility for your participation in those activities.

CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
By purchasing from, or visiting TrackHaus you agree that any legal action, proceeding, case, or controversy against TrackHaus may be brought in the State of New Mexico or in the United States District Court, District of New Mexico, sitting in Santa Fe, New Mexico, as TrackHaus may elect in TrackHaus
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to TrackHaus or to products you purchase through TrackHaus shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Santa Fe, New Mexico, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate TrackHaus's intellectual property rights, TrackHaus may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New Mexico, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
